We work with wholesale buyers only. Below is everything you need before the first order — no "call us and find out".
Who we supply
Retail chains and shops, distributors, cash-and-carry operators, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, catering, food producers and cleaning companies. We work with both sole proprietors and companies.
Minimum order
One box per item. The unit count per box is shown in the size table on every product page — from 25 to 120 pieces depending on the roll length. Items can be mixed freely within one order: two boxes of 20 m foil, one box of 200 m film and one box of 50 m parchment is a perfectly normal order.
Prices
Prices are wholesale, quoted per unit. Separate terms apply to regular orders, large volumes and chain contracts — write to us and we will price it for your volume.
We send the current price list in response to a request: it contains the full range with SKUs, sizes, units per box and prices.
How to order
- Build a list of items right on the site — the “Add to request” button in the size table on a product page.
- Go to Contacts and send the request: number of boxes, your contacts and city.
- We get back to you during business hours and confirm availability, price and shipping date.
- We issue an invoice. After payment, or on agreed deferred terms, we prepare the shipment.
Shipping
Pickup from our warehouse at 50/52 Promyslova St., Lviv, 79000, Ukraine during business hours, by prior arrangement.
By carrier (Nova Poshta, Delivery, Meest Express or your own contractor) at the buyer's expense, unless agreed otherwise.
Standard preparation time is the next business day after the order is confirmed. Large batches and made-to-order items are agreed separately.
Paperwork
Invoice, delivery note, consignment note. On request — a specification to the contract and product quality and safety documentation.
Samples
Before a first contract we provide samples of the items you are interested in, so you can judge the web, the roll length and the packaging before committing to a batch.
