1. General
The sunson.ua website belongs to Sanson LLC. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
2. Purpose of the site
The site is a catalogue of Sunson products intended for wholesale buyers. It is not an online shop: an order cannot be placed directly on the site. The "Add to request" function only builds a list of items that you send us so we can prepare a quote.
3. Product information and prices
Descriptions, specifications, images and prices are for reference and do not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
Images show the appearance of the products, but minor differences in packaging design between batches are possible.
Prices shown on the site are not final. The terms of a specific supply are fixed in the invoice.
4. Content rights
Texts, product photographs, the logo and the site design are objects of intellectual property. The Sunson trademark and the packaging design belong to the rights holder.
Copying materials for commercial use without written permission is prohibited. Partners are welcome to use product photographs to promote Sunson goods.
5. Rules of use
It is prohibited to: send spam, malicious code or knowingly false data through the site forms; take actions aimed at disrupting the site; automatically harvest data from the site at volumes that create excessive load.
6. Liability
We make every effort to keep the information on the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is entirely error-free or that the site runs without interruption.
We are not liable for the consequences of using the products other than as intended or in breach of the conditions stated on the packaging.
7. Links to other resources
The site may contain links to third-party resources. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
8. Changes
We may amend these terms. The current version is always published on this page.
