This policy explains what personal data the sunson.ua website collects, why, how long it keeps it and what you can do about it. The data controller is Sanson LLC ("we").
1. What we collect
Data you provide yourself. When you send a request through the site form we receive: name, company, phone, e-mail, city, message text and the list of items you added to the request.
Technical data. The IP address the request was sent from and the interface language are stored alongside it. This is used solely to protect the form from automated spam — we limit the number of requests from one address.
We do not collect payment data, do not use advertising trackers and do not pass data to ad networks.
2. Why
- to answer your request and send a quote;
- to process and fulfil an order;
- to comply with accounting requirements under the law;
- to protect the form from spam.
The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and the necessity of performing a contract.
3. Cookies and local storage
The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
The list of items you add to a request is stored in your browser's local storage and is not sent to our server until you press "Send request" yourself. You can clear it by removing the items from the list or by clearing site data in your browser settings.
The administrative part of the site uses one technical session cookie, solely for staff login. It is not set for catalogue visitors.
4. Who we share with
Nobody, except where it is needed to fulfil your own order or required by law:
- the carrier — recipient's name, phone and city for delivery;
- the hosting provider — as the technical operator of the server the site runs on;
- state authorities — on a written request in the cases provided by law.
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Retention
Requests that did not lead to an order — up to 12 months. Data related to completed orders — for the periods established by law for primary accounting documents. After that the data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" you have the right to know what data of yours we process, to receive a copy, to demand correction of inaccurate data, to demand deletion and to withdraw consent.
To exercise any of these rights, write to Sunson.ua@ukr.net. We will reply within 30 calendar days.
7. Security
The site runs over a secure connection. Only authorised staff have access to requests, and login to the administrative part is password-protected.
8. Changes
The current version is always published on this page. The version date is shown at the top.
