Payment
Bank transfer to the account of Sanson LLC against an issued invoice.
By default — full prepayment. Regular buyers may agree partial prepayment or deferred payment; terms are agreed individually and fixed in the contract.
Prices in the price list are per unit. The order total is calculated from the number of boxes and the unit count per box.
Lead times
Items in stock are prepared for shipment the next business day after the order is confirmed and payment received.
Large batches and out-of-stock items are agreed separately — typically 3 to 10 business days.
Delivery
Pickup
From the warehouse at 50/52 Promyslova St., Lviv, 79000, Ukraine during business hours, with the time agreed in advance. This is the fastest and cheapest option.
By carrier within Ukraine
Nova Poshta, Delivery, Meest Express or any carrier of your choice. Delivery is paid by the buyer at the carrier's rates, unless agreed otherwise.
We hand the cargo to the carrier and send you the consignment number. Tracking is then on the carrier's site.
Your own transport
If you have your own logistics, agree a time and we will have the cargo ready when the vehicle arrives.
Acceptance
Check the number of packages and the integrity of the packaging on receipt. Claims regarding quantity and mechanical damage are accepted at the moment of acceptance from the carrier, with a report drawn up.
Quality claims are accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt, quoting the batch number printed on the packaging.
Returns
Goods of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange, as they are supplied in wholesale batches to business entities. Goods of improper quality are replaced or compensated after the claim is reviewed.
